Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility:
- Exchange with same or available product with in 3-two weeks.
- Products are eligible for return within 3- days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and any other included accessories.
2. Exclusions:
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and items that have been altered or resized by a third party are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process:
- Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team within 3- days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
- Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return authorization number (RMA) to include with your return package.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
- The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
4. Refund:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its arrival and the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please note that it may take up to 7- business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchange:
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please contact our customer service team to discuss the available options.
- Additional charges or refunds may apply depending on the price difference between the original and exchanged items.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
- We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defect to assist in the resolution process.
- We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.
Please note that GARNISH COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse any return if the product does not meet the above-mentioned conditions or if the return process is not followed correctly.
